Join Our Mailing List		Employment Opportunities:   The Redwood Neuroscience Institute has a small staff of senior scientists, post-doctoral fellows, and graduate students. RNI provides a personal and team-oriented environment. At many institutions, deep discussions of large-scale theories of cortical operation are a rare event. At RNI they are an almost daily activity. If you are an exceptional scientist with a strong desire to understand how the cortex works then arrange a visit. Openings: We are currently not filling any full time positions. However we are interested in having a few more graduate students working at RNI. This can most easily be arranged for students enrolled at UC Berkeley although we currently have a graduate student from Stanford doing his PhD work at RNI. We also welcome visitors for short or extended stays. Contact one of the faculty at RNI most closely aligned to your interests to explore this option, which is open to students, post-docs, and P.I.s.
